Live Webcasts

Live webcasts generally mean speakers in one location, presenting slides and discussing themes, reacting to audience questions and polls.

The audience for the live webcast is usually managed by a custom built micro-site that allows us create specific and timely email communications. In Situ’s specialism tends to be in the higher value, multi-camera webcast that involves an outside broadcast crew on location. However, the range is from a simple audio webcast, single camera and multiple locations.

There are two main reasons to hold your event live, (i) to interact with your audience and get real time feedback and (ii) to give your Marketing team a specific event to drive people to.

What most people don’t know is that we generally get three to five times as many views of the post event archive as show up for the live event. So the ROI can be hugely impressive.
