People

In Situ’s small team blends the considerable experience of Paul and Andy the 'digital migrants' with a young team of 'digital natives'. Mixed in to the pot is an extensive network of specialists that we have worked with over the past twenty years.

Paul Newman

Paul Newman

Paul began his television career with the BBC in 1987, working as a floor assistant with the likes of Eamonn Holmes, Jeremy Paxman and Sir Robin Day, mixing up Sport, News and Current Affairs. The highlight of that time was meeting David Bowie on Top of the Pops! In Situ was founded by Paul in 2002 after he returned from ten years of working abroad. His skills have always been more on the people side of production, rather than the technology of it.  “Pick the right people to work with, enjoy what you do and do it well.” Paul is driven to make “communications that work for the client – not the production company”.

Andy Dean

 Toni Griggs

Andy is a highly experienced live event and corporate video producer with a background embracing a myriad of communications solutions from product launches to employee training. He has a keen awareness of communication methodologies, human psychology and ways to engage viewers. Andy has been working with In Situ for five years and is passionate about finding the most creative and cost-efficient solution to a client’s brief.  He harbours the fanciful belief that he is actually funnier than his doppelganger, Steve Martin.

Liam Angell

Liam Angell

Liam graduated from Thames Valley University with a BSc in media technology in 2007 and has been working with In Situ as an editor since then. Liam’s passion is split between digital video and football in equal measures and currently he is performing much better than his chosen team.

Gavin Henry

Gavin Henry

Gavin also graduated from Thames Valley University in 2007 – it was a good year it seems and In Situ was lucky to get the cream of the crop. Gavin’s focus at In Situ is on the webcasting tools that the company uses and he can move effortlessly between the different technologies. A true digital native.

Toni Griggs
