Delivering a complicated message to a highly critical audience

The Legal Services Commission runs the legal aid system in England and Wales. As a part of one of the most complicated and far reaching reforms in its sixty year history In Situ was asked to create a DVD and a complimentary on-line presentation to explain the case for Best Value Tendering. The production entailed shooting Lord ‘Willy’ Bach in the Ministry of Justic and delivery had to be executed in a very challenging timeframe. After the production was completed, we received this compliment amongst others:
