Lyceum Capital’s Annual General Meeting

Lyceum Capital were looking to save time and money bringing together board members and CEOs of their investment companies and came to In Situ with this challenge. At this stage the company did not want to make the capital investment in the hardware necessary for a video conferencing set up but wanted something similar. We came up with an economical hybrid solution that allowed individual CEOs to present to the board in a standard video recording. Questions were then conference in using traditional methods. In terms of travel costs and man hours the job paid for itself – not to mention the convenience factor for the executives who did not have to leave the office but remained engaged with the meeting.
