Conference or symposia capture has grown to be an important part of our business in recent years. As the technology for capture and slide synchronisation has become cheaper and less intrusive it has become much more cost effective to have our people on site, capturing valuable content to be made available to a much wider audience than is in the auditorium.

Also, sophisticated reporting tools allow you to evaluate the impact of the on-line presentations and see how long the ‘long tail’ really is. Whilst we prefer to be involved in the planning stages of your conference, we are more used to being a last minute thought and are adept at working with your existing AV company to keep things simple. Increasingly, we’re being asked to provide a low cost solution for internal communications, capturing quarterly sales meetings or the annual shareholder meetings.
